I've decided I'm going to start a Thunder + Threads youtube channel, many of my friends have been asking me to do tutorials on how I do my make up and hair. There are so many youtube channel's already on youtube about beauty, that I'm going to talk about fashion too.
I'm kinda apprehensive about doing it, as I find it awkward talking to a camera - an inanimate object haha. I'll give it a go though, and see what sort of feedback I get! I know I'll get a ton of abuse after I do it, as usual, but I honestly am beyond caring! The videos will be there for people with a general interest in fashion and stuff.
So hopefully this week there will be a video up, I would really like if you commented here saying what kind of videos I should do or anything you want me to talk about!

plot: The canine star of a fictional sci-fi/action show that believes his powers are real embarks on a cross country trek to save his co-star from a threat he believes is just as real.





Bolt stars in a tv show as a superdog and he thinks the show and his powers are real.
So when he runs off set one day, he thinks he is still living the plot from the show.
When he gets lost and tries to find his way back to Penny, his co-star, he meets a female alley cat named Mittens and a hamster named Rhino. Mittens was soooo cute. And Rhino was hilarious.




We took the kids to see Bolt in 3D and it was a great film. Very funny, the animation is so cute and the storyline was fun. I think I was laughing more than my kids were. It was a really cute movie. Definitely one to add to the DVD collection.

plot: A young couple staying in an isolated vacation home are terrorized by three unknown assailants.

After returning from a wedding reception, a couple staying in an isolated vacation house receive a knock on the door in the mid-hours of the night. What ensues is a violent invasion by three strangers, their faces hidden behind masks. The couple find themselves in a violent struggle, in which they go beyond what either of them thought capable in order to survive.

Kristen and James go to stay at an isolated home in the middle of nowhere.
Soon enough there is a knocking at the front door.

Before they know it these 'Strangers' are inside the house, moving silently, harrasing the couple.





I think one of the scariest things about this movie is that these people are wearing masks. There's also creepy music playing on an old fashioned record player. It's the little things like that, that can really scare the heck out of you.








I wanted to watch something scary. This movie delivered. It was psychologically scary. I recommend this one if you're in the mood for a good scare. Just try not to watch it while you are home alone. I nearly jumped out of my seat during one scene.







After I watched this one, alone, mind you, I was too scared to go to my basement and do the laundry! Then I had my sister come over to visit later that night, and we watched it together. By the time it was done and she was going to leave, she was too scared to go outside in the dark to her car. I ended up having to walk her to her car...lol...Both of us looked nuts running to her car, then me running back inside my house.

My family enjoyed Journey to the Center of the Earth , it's one of those fun family films.



Scientist Trevor Anderson travles with his nephew Sean to Iceland trying to prove his missing brothers theories. Trevor hires a guide, a woman named Hannah.
Soon enough the three become trapped in a cave, and wind up traveling to the center of the earth.





If you're looking for a good film to watch with the kids, you might want to check this one out.

plot: A Bollywood update of Jane Austen's classic tale, in which Mrs. Bakshi is eager to find suitable husbands for her four unmarried daughters. When the rich single gentlemen Balraj and Darcy come to visit, the Bakshis have high hopes, though circumstance and boorish opinions threaten to get in the way of romance.

This contemporary re-telling of Jane Austen's Pride & Prejudice is a musical with an Indian twist. I really enjoyed this film, some of it was corny, but all in all it was a cute movie. I think most Jane Austen fans will like it.







Rich, handsome, eligible bachelor, William Darcy, goes to India and meets the beautiful and smart Lalita who lives with her three sisters, father and meddling mother. Darcy falls for Lalita right away, but once Wickham enters the picture and begins telling his lies to Lalita, drama ensues.







There is also a Mr. Kohli (Mr.Collins) who comes to visit the girls and find himself a bride. And Balraj (Bingley) arrives with Darcy and falls in love with Lalitas sister Jaya (Jane).





This was a really cute film, I recommend it!

plot: A newly married couple discovers disturbing, ghostly images in photographs they develop after a tragic accident. Fearing the manifestations may be connected, they investigate and learn that some mysteries are better left unsolved.

I rented Shutter because I was in the mood for a good scary movie. The previews looked really creepy. It deals with paranormal photography, pictures where you can see ghostly images. The plot was creepy, the cast was good and the movie was well done. I was scared, but I felt it could have been scarier. It is from the makers of The Ring and The Grudge, and Shutter does have that same feel as those movies do. If you're in the mood for a creepy movie, Shutter is a pretty good choice.

Scream is one of my favorites when it comes to cheesy horror films. How much fun was that first Scream movie? I watched the sequels, but this first one was the best one. It was scary and funny. And the cast was great. Plus it kept you guessing who the heck was the killer behind that mask.
