Pro-body builder/fitness models like to wear UGC/Future Legend while practicing for competitions
0 comments Posted by st at 4:23 PM
My good friend Grace Rivera called me down to meet her protege she will be training in the field of body building/fitness modeling. Grace is a well known personal trainer, pro-body builder, Fitness model, mom, has been in countless competitions, fitness magazines as well as a great supporter of The Underground Clown brand and staff. Grace is currently on her way to Las Vegas for the Olympiads happening Sept 15-17th.
Rebecca Vera walks into the studio with a bright smile, rocking the Future Legend tank top (She is destined to be one) and just looking at her you can tell she is focused and ready to work. Rebecca is only 19, plays softball, works at Retro Fitness, and attends Montclair State University. Already her resume smells of success.
Rebecca and Grace get down to the business of how to walk, present yourself to the judges, and a bunch of other techniques. Grace is a seasoned veteran and who better to learn from. Rebecca picks everything up quickly and you can see she is on the path for success and hard work will not be a problem for her.
It was very much appreciated that they chose to work out in our gear and liked it. We at the The Underground Clown/Future Legend thank both ladies for there support.
To learn more about Grace Rivera and get tips on health and working out hit her up @

Boys over at The Underground Clown put out another epic shirt dubbed "Old Skool". This is when life was a little more easy going for a lot of people and more fun. Who hasn't tried to get there shoes up on the power lines to show off your old kicks to your friends.
Not only is the concept cool but check out the sky line with the parachute jump and cyclone worked in there with the old skool kicks.
The shirt itself is nostalgic and we feel whether your from Brooklyn or not you need this shirt. For all my sneaker heads I usually get my Jordan's early and these colors go great with the Retro 3's being released on Sept 3rd. I think you should get your shirt now to go with your kicks at www.theundergroundclown.com available in v-neck and round neck in black, white shirts more colors coming shortly.

Sponsored by The Underground Clown MMA fighter Ryan Martinez puts the critics to sleep...literally
0 comments Posted by st at 3:08 PM

Ryan Martinez MMA fighter is now sponsored by The Underground Clown clothing company rocking Future Legend.
Who is he you ask? Well his weight class is heavy weight, listed at 5'11", born in the USA, fights out of Greeley Colorado, professional record stands at 5-1, current win streak is at 3, last fight was on Aug 20th in the Ring of Fire, and his gym affiliate is Infinite MMA. Still with me? Cool.
So I didn't see the fight footage yet but this is what is trainer told us "Ryan choked his guy out in the 1st round", nite nite. Damn. Now that's what I like to see go in there and finish the job. Despite Ryan's talents he is a very nice guy as well as the rest of his team and we are glad to have them aboard Team UGC and looking forward to more fights in the coming Future. check out Ryan's interview on youtube on the link below.

What is a Future Legend? That's self explanatory really. Some people say it's a cocky statement. Yes it is but depends on who is wearing the shirt and what that person stands for.You hear people speak of Legends whether it be a football, basketball, musician, etc. But they were once Future Legends.
We feel anyone can be this and when we say anyone we mean anyone. The picture above respectfully shows all the current Future Legends we have worked with, know personally, or has supported the brand and bought a shirt. These people range from professional athletes such as pro boxers, MMA/UFC, up and coming models, porn stars, Pro-body builders, fitness models, trainers, race car drivers, rappers, media personality's , entertainers, the list goes on.
These are people who liked the brand and wanted to wear the product or be sponsored in it. Genuine people from every walk of life like what we stand for as a company and they themselves aspire to be Future Legends.
Anyone can be a Future Legend in what they do, truck driver, dentist, crossing guard, school teacher, skateboarder, mail man, swimmer, race car driver, news caster, entertainer, boxer, mixed martial arts, baker, I can go on for days. It's whatever you are doing or want to be makes you a Future Legend. It's a broad statement, a conversation starter hopefully soon to me echoed and seen in all sports arenas, teams and on the backs of millions of people who feel the same way the company does... people pictured above, and for the people reading this blog.
Think about it.....could you be a Future Legend?

Team UGC went down to Bayridge Brooklyn for the grand opening of Natural Body health store for all your work out needs. Accompanied with me was my good friend and pro-body builder/Fitness model Grace Rivera (www.GraceRivera.com) who came down and enjoyed the festivities. I was introduced by Grace to pro-body builder Victor Martinez who has won The Arnolds a weight lifting competition and is also featured in numerous fitness magazines.
Victor has over come a lot of hardship as well as victory. Back in 2009 Victors sister Eridania Rodriquez who went to work in an office building near the World Trade Center where she was found dead in a ventilation shaft taped and bound. Our condolences go out to Victor and his family as this is never easy no matter how long ago it was.
I had the pleasure of talking with Victor for a few as the fans started to pour in to take pics and talk with him as well. I told him about the Underground clown company and presented him with a Future Legend shirt that he wanted to take a picture with the shirt. Real nice genuine guy.
To follow what Victor is up to check out this blog: http://musclexl.blogspot.com/2011/06/victor-martinez-drama-and-triumph.html

Yao Ming retires from the NBA after one of Team UGC members blocks his game winning shot in a wax museum in New York with everyone in amazement. No really an honestly I blocked his shot look at the pic.
Realistically Yao Ming has retired from the NBA. Often injury plagued the 7-foot-6 center informed the NBA league office and the Rockets that he was walking away from the game that made him a worldwide star. He was set to become a free agent once the league's lockout ends after earning $93 million dollars over his career with the Rockets. Yao, 30 yeas old had a season-ending procedure to repair a stress fracture in his left ankle in January and said at his news conference that it forced him to retire. Yao No. 1 overall draft pick in 2002 finished his NBA career averaging 19.0 points, 9.2 rebounds and 1.9 blocks in 486 games.
Thanks for the memories Yao Ming.
