Hello blog friends, happy Friday :)
I had posted before that I was going to be gone a few days. We took off and went down by the shore in Atlantic City. It was nice to get away!
We had lots of fun just hanging out on the boardwalk and lounging on the beach. The weather was perfect. The casino where we were staying was really nice and had an indoor pool and jacuzzi...which I jumped right into...lol. Ahhhh...so relaxing. Not to mention it had some great restaurants to eat at.
And hubby took me to eat at The Bobby Flay Restaurant for our 13 year wedding anniversary while we were down there. We had a nice night out and the restaurant was awesome. I ordered the grilled chicken with sweet potatoes, hubby had a salad and steak. Then we shared a Baked Alaska for desert.
I also finished reading The Almost Moon. I almost forgot how nice it is to read on the beach.

It was a fun few days away, but it's good to be back home. There really is no place like home.
