Children should consume foods rich in minerals,vitamins,iron,calcium.The following foods should be incorporated in children's diet:
-milk
very good source for calcium,vitamin and proteins.
-dry fruits
Dry fruits such as cashews,almonds,dates are good sources of minerals.
-vegetables
vegetables such as carrot,spinach,tomatoes should be consumed daily.
