We watched the movie WALL-E this weekend. It was really good. It's about a future Earth where mankinds waste has overwhelmed the planet, and people are forced to leave on an 'outerspace cruise' for a few months...while garbage collecting robots are left on Earth to clean up the mess. The cruise turns out to be longer than a few months...it turns out to be 700 hundred years later. Humans just keep living on this cruise type spaceship. And the people aboard the spaceship have become lazy and obese, being served by robots, to the point where they don't have to leave thier seats. WALL-E is the last robot left on the planet, when robot Eve, is sent to Earth to find proof that life is once again sustainable.
WALL-E falls in love with Eve. This movie is a mix of science-fiction and some comedy.
This movie makes you like the character WALL-E without him saying more than a couple of words. It was very cute. I also like that WALL-E watches the film 'Hello Dolly!'.
And he imitates the dancing and has the song from the movie recorded so he can play it whenever...soooo cute.
