I also read & reviewed Your Scandalous Ways by Loretta Chase :I liked this read. I always enjoy a good historical romance. And let me tell you, James Cordier is a hottie. He's not only a spy, but he's a master of disguises and speaks several languages. What more could you want from a hero?....click here for my full review

Books that came in the mail this week for review:
Operation Blue Light: My Secret Life among Psychic Spies by Philip Chabot and Laurie Anne Blanchard:In Operation Blue Light: My Secret Life among Psychic Spies Philip Chabot reveals for the first time the powerful story of his growing psychic ability and the government s growing interest in him. Mr. Chabot details a type of psychic ability he calls spoken telepathy and tells how it came to steal away a summer of his young life. Philip Chabot recorded his memories of the experience three years after the story ended but kept those tapes private until after he retired. After forty years of keeping his and the government s secret he now tells what lead to that hot summer afternoon in Lebanon, Missouri. He reveals how his psychic abilities had grown to such a state that he was actually interrupting intelligence efforts around the world.
A Jolly Good Fellow by Stephen V. Masse : Two weeks before Christmas, Duncan Wagner gets into his car for another attempt at kidnapping the son of his most despised enemy, State Representative Win Booker.
When he drives into the wealthy Boston suburb, he is surprised to find the boy hitchhiking. So begins Wagners quest for revenge as he finds himself face to face with a real boy, and without a clue about how to run a kidnapping. Wagner, a self-styled charity Santa Claus, comes to realize that eleven year old Gabriel Booker is truly a runaway, much more curious than scared. Gabriel has no idea who Duncan Wagner is or could be.
In an old apartment in downtown Boston, the odd pair makes an unforgettable team, providing each other with what they have been missing in life. Author Stephen V. Masse captures the friendship with a blend of suspense and humor, showing that love is a resource which can bring redemption to the most damaged souls.
Currently reading:
The Shining by Stephen King
I usually read 2 books at any given time, but since picking up The Shining, I haven't been able to read anything else for now. I'm halfway through it and really enjoying it. It's always fun to read a scary S.K. novel.
What about you? What are you all reading?
