To have high level cholesterol means to be more likely to have heart deseases such as heart attack even heart failure.Big amount of cholesterol in blood causes blood flow to slow down or stop.So that heart can not receive anough oxygen.

There is some remedies you can prepare by yourself in your own house to keep your cholesterol level under the control.

*Eating a cupful of walnuts everyday can also help in lowering your cholesterol levels

Cholesterol is found in almost all animal products such as milk and meat.You should replace these products with herbal products.It is also have a vital role to do exercise on a regular basis.
