plot: A newly married couple discovers disturbing, ghostly images in photographs they develop after a tragic accident. Fearing the manifestations may be connected, they investigate and learn that some mysteries are better left unsolved.

I rented Shutter because I was in the mood for a good scary movie. The previews looked really creepy. It deals with paranormal photography, pictures where you can see ghostly images. The plot was creepy, the cast was good and the movie was well done. I was scared, but I felt it could have been scarier. It is from the makers of The Ring and The Grudge, and Shutter does have that same feel as those movies do. If you're in the mood for a creepy movie, Shutter is a pretty good choice.
