Many of people get flu but do not know actually what they should do.Here are some tips we have listed for you:
- After you made sure you got flu you should take care about drinking more liquids than usual, like water, chicken broth, and other fluids.
- Sleeping enough is other important point that you have to pay attention to.Even if after you wake up you still should keep resting.Because one of flu's cause is that our metabolizm is not strong enough.And to boost our metabolism,sleeping is a good way.
- İf you have some aches take some medicine that are given by your doctor. But avoid aspirin because it can cause a rare but serious illness called Reye syndrome
- Take care of what you have on.Always try not to get cold.
- Wash your hands periodically ! So that you would not spread the germs that are cause of the flu. plus, don't share your own cups and eating utensils, like forks and spoons, with anyone.
Mostly people who got the flu go better in almost a week.İf you have difficulty in breathing or your muscles hurt,it is better to let your parents know that.Because you may need to seek a medical advice.
