Kosher by Design Lightens Up is a wonderful cookbook with some great healthy recipes. The recipes are easy to follow
and each has a beautiful photo to go along with it.




The recipes are Appetizers, Soups, Salads, Poulty, Meat, Fish, Eggs Pasta & Dairy, Side Dishes and Desserts.


There's different sections in the beginning of the book with information about different Oils, Grains, Flours, Sugars, Seeds & Nuts. There's is also a section called Ideas for Entertaining.

This is not a diet book. I haven't become a nutritionist or a doctor in my spare time. The book is not governed by any specific diet plan or written to be used as one. It is a book that I hope will educate consumers about wholesome goods, provide increased understanding about words bandied about in the media, introduce people to healthy ingredients, and offer great ways to use them. It is loaded with fabulous recipes that are easy to prepare, and suggest healthy cooking techniques as well.
