Talk about what is good for the goose…is good for the gander; a homeowner forecloses on a bank.
Now, there is a switch, the unthinkable…that legally a homeowner could actually do this kind of thing…but it was done!
A homeowner forecloses on Bank of America:
“Bank of America was ordered by the court to pay the homeowner, Maurenn Nyergers and her husband's legal fees for wrongfully trying to foreclose on thier house.
After more than 5 months, the bank still hadn't paid. So the homeowner's attorney did exactly what the bank was prepared to do to get their money, he went to seize the bank's assets.
"They've ignored out calls, ignored out letters, legally this is the next step to get my clients compensated, " said attorney Todd Allen.
So with several armed Sheriff's deputies, movers and a moving truck in tow, the attorney went to the bank to foreclose. The attorney gave instructions to be ready to remove desks, computers, copiers, filing cabinets, even cash in the teller's drawers.”

Even after President Obama got public enemy number one, Republicans have changed little in their opinion of him.
A recent survey shows that the approval ratings of President Obama has gone up among most independents and Democrats…not so with Republicans who still cling to their hatred and dislike for Obama. Their numbers of approval only went up for a couple of points while the rest of America gave the President a boost in the ratings that was unprecedented as the graph below shows.
it appears there is little Obama can reasonably do that would dramatically increase his support among conservative Republicans. That is one reason Obama's approval ratings have been among the most polarized of recent U.S. presidents.
