The President made a statement that both parties have agreed on a debt ceiling.
But as I have said before, the American people are the losers in this equation. Either way, we would lose…had they not reached an agreement and default had happened we would have been submerged in another GREAT DEPRESSION.
The way it stands now, we are still going to see a very serious harm to our economy and to our growth…absent will be the creation of jobs since what cuts usually do is eliminate them…and all for what? So that the very wealthy can keep their undeserved and obscene Bush tax cuts?
I think that if President Obama wins re-election it would be a miracle…and even if the Democrats control both houses it will continue to be politics as usual unless the American people give them a resounding defeat in 2012; letting them know that this type of un-American social engineering is not what the majority wants.
Right wing, extremists have to be thrown out of office or our country will never again be prosperous or FREE.
