Now to cover the beasts of the East...

Premier Fantasy Players
Philadelphia Eagles QB Michael Vick- Probably the best fantasy player from a season ago, Vick won many fantasy leagues for the owners who picked him off waivers. Now in 2011, Vick is considered to be the best choice at QB and maybe even the best player overall. Despite only playing 12 games, Vick had 352.52 points last season. If he can stay healthy for all of 2011, Vick has the chance to be the best fantasy football player in history. While there is a risk to take him because of the likeliness that he will get injured, taking him #1 overall would be the best thing for you to do (that is, if you have the #1 overall pick).

Philadelphia Eagles WR DeSean Jackson- Along with Mike Vick, Jackson helps make the Eagles the most electrifying offense in the NFL. Don't let his size fool you, Jackson is an absolute fantasy beast. In 2010 he scored 156 points and is projected to score 183.10 this season. I think he has a real chance to become the best fantasy receiver in the game if Vick can stay healthy and he will be able to breeze by the projections that have been presented. While most owners won't pick Jackson to be their #1 WR, I think you should, because this guy could be an absolute steal.

Dallas Cowboys WR Miles Austin- This undrafted free agent came out of nowhere a couple of years ago and now he is one of the best receiver's in fantasy football. With Tony Romo out for a majority of the season in 2010, Austin scored only 159.40 points and is only projected to score 170.10 this season. Well don't listen to those, I think Austin and Romo are due to have a really big year. Having a Austin-Jackson combination would be a match in fantasy heaven, but expect both of these guys to be gone early.

Dallas Cowboys TE Jason Witten- Arguably the best TE in football, Witten has what you're looking for when it comes to a fantasy football player. With Tony Romo out for most of 2010, Witten still had 154.20 points last year and is expected to score only 129.60 points in 2011. Still, he is the best TE in football and will be the first one of the draft board, so be smart and you might be able to luck out.

Other(s) to consider: Eagles defense and RB LeSean McCoy. Giants WR Hakeem Nicks

Sleepers
Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo- I think America's three favorite pass times are watching football, playing fantasy football, and then making fun of Romo. The first thing that pops up when you put his name into Google is a bunch of pictures with you know who. You can talk all the trash you want, but I think Romo is due for a big season and that is music to fantasy owners ears. Many teams in your draft will probably pass on Romo just because they don't like him, so you can have a #1 QB at a low cost which would be a good deal and could help you win your league.

New York Giants QB Eli Manning- While he is not an elite QB in the league, Manning is still a good fantasy pick in deeper leagues. The problem with Manning last year was the turnovers (he had over 30 interceptions). If he could lower that number, then he could make for a great bye week option or even a steal as a #1 QB. Manning is only expected to score seven more points then last year (293 points last season to his projected 300 this season) but he could be a lot better then that if he just doesn't force the ball into places that his receiver's can't get it.

Others to consider: Giants RB's Ahmad Bradshaw and Bradon Jacobs. Eagles WR Jeremy Maclin. Eagles TE Brent Celek.
