I'm sure all of you have heard by now that Roger Goodell will let Ohio State QB Terrelle Pryor enter the Supplemental draft that will take place Monday. Of course, Pryor will be facing a five game suspension, the same suspension he would of faced in Columbus. Pryor and other teammates received improper benefits, forcing head coach Jim Tressel to resign. When people started to put heat on Pryor, he was the next one to leave. Whether you agree with the commissioner's decision to make Pryor eligible or not, you can't deny that he is dynamic athlete. Does he need some work? Of course he does. Every QB that enters the NFL is not an instant success. Speaking about success, the last successful QB to be taken in the Supplemental Draft was Bernie Kosar. In case your mind needs refreshing on how the Supplemental Draft works, it pretty much goes in the same order as the April draft. Instead of teams picking, they "bid" on a player, and if they win that bid they have to compensate in next years draft. For example, if the Cincinnati Bengals select Pryor in the fourth round Monday, they will have to give up their fourth round pick in the 2012 draft. What will be particularly interesting is where Pryor lands. Like I said earlier, he is talented, but he is a raw talent and you can't just throw him out there and expect to win games. I would say that the Bengals would be an option to give Andy Dalton a back-up (or if things don't go the way Cincy wants, a new starter). The Bengals rivals, the Browns, will also have a representative at Pryor's Pro day on Saturday.
Update: The 49ers, Bills, Bucs, Chargers, Colts, Cowboys, Dolphins, Eagles, Lions, Raiders, Redskins, Saints, and Steelers will be attending Pryor's Pro Day.
