Who the hell cares? What difference does it make anyhow?
We all live in a country where THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS is one of the most valued concepts; therefore, if a group of individuals opt to have sex with each other and not with the opposite sex then so be it…what is the big fucking deal about that?
Well, know-it all, Mr. Pawlenty has now set the record “STRAIGHT” for everyone. He is basically saying that because there is no conclusive evidence that homosexuality is genetically caused then it should be outlawed.
Wait a minute here Mr. Pawlenty…who the fuck are you to tell me how to live my life? What or who gives you the authority to pass judgment on anybody? I for one refuse to allow you to humiliate me…as Eleanor Roosevelt said:”nobody can humiliate you without your consent”
Suppose you are right…what is it that makes you uncomfortable with my sexual orientation? What kind of threat do I pose to you, your marriage, your family unit or even your community? You can go on being a mother fucking homophobe for all I care; but when you insist in stepping into the public arena and denouncing us gays, that is where we put our foot down…we draw the line in the sand and say to you: No fucking way we are going back in the closet and WE ARE GAY, PROUD OF IT, SO LIVE WITH IT!
Tim Pawlenty sticks to his anti-gayness....
Tim Pawlenty was on Meet the Press and David Gregory asked him about his liking Lady Gaga's Born This Way. If you recall Pawlenty asked a few reporters that were interviewing him if they like Gaga. Then he went on to reveal that he liked "bad romance" and "born this way". Interesting considering it is a gay anthem and he is anything but gay friendly.
So here is the exchange between him and Gregory...
GREGORY: Let me ask you about social policy. You've notably said that you're a big fan of Lady Gaga, and even the song "Born This Way." There's a lot of debate about a gay marriage pledge in Iowa. And related to that, I wonder, do you agree with some of those who are behind that, that being gay is a choice?
PAWLENTY: Well, I have two teenage daughters who listen to Lady Gaga, so I'm subjected to it. And it has some good qualities to it. But as to, as to gay marriage, I'm in support of traditional marriage as between a man and a woman. I have not supported the issues of allowing gay couples to have the same benefits and public employment as traditional couples. And so this is an issue in Iowa and across the whole country. But I've stood in favor or traditional marriage and traditional relationships in that regard.
GREGORY: Is being gay a choice?
PAWLENTY: Well, the science in that regard is in dispute. I mean, the scientists work on that and try to figure out if it's behavioral...
GREGORY: Right.
PAWLENTY: ...of if it's partly genetic.
GREGORY: What do you think?
PAWLENTY: Well, I defer to the scientists in that regard.
GREGORY: So you, you think it's not a choice.
PAWLENTY: Well, there is no...
GREGORY: That you are, as Lady Gaga says, you're born that way.
PAWLENTY: There's no scientific conclusion that it's genetic. We don't know that. So we don't know to what extent, you know, it's behavioral, and that's something that's been debated by scientists for a long time. But as I understand the science, there's no current conclusion that it's genetic.”
So what? Go fuck yourself you pompous, homophobic bastard…it is usually those who are closeted homos who oppose it with more zeal…are you secretly one of us asshole?
