The general public has been sold a bill of goods
While there seems to be a feeling of doom and endless preoccupation about our country’s debt, there are some things that we, the people, ought to know…if nothing else, please be aware of these Republican-Teahadists claiming they are concerned about the debt…THEY ARE NOT!
Just like the months that preceded the 2010 elections and all Republicans could spew was that the unemployment situation was unbearable and they were going to fix it if they got voted in…THEY DID NOT…NOT ONE SINGLE JOB has been created since then.
Also, do we remember those scary color coded ALERTS during the dismal Bush years? The Republicans were touting that they were the only ones who could and would keep our country safe…AND WHO DID AWAY WITH BIN LADEN?
It is typical Republican-Teahadist bullshit…to scare people, to mislead them, to lie to them…all with the purpose of gaining a majority in Congress and capturing the White House again while holding us hostage time and time again. There is no plausible explanation for their behavior other than they are greedy and power hungry, we all know that power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely and greed has no conscience.
It is so obvious to some of us that what the Republicans are doing is sabotaging the economy, they want more debt instead of less, they want to see a crisis so that they can realize their dream of a complete plutocracy…no other explanation can be in order. The sad part is that 98% of us are in the lowest end of the pecking order and not only are we deprived of a piece of the pie, it is getting to where we are not able to eat the crumbs from the cake.
What the Republican Teahadists are doing is nothing short of treason…they are destroying the American dream, decimating our middle class, making the poor poorer and allowing for the wealthy and the corporations to exploit us…unleashing a CLASS WARFARE that has for the most part already been won by them…What we now have in America is a WELFARE STATE for the rich and the corporations.
